A: These are new items that do not include any standard retail packaging.
* Repair parts, cables, and small items that are not manufacturered with any packaging are usually classified with this condition.
* This class also includes "system pulls," or items that were part of a bundle which have been pulled from that bundle.
* There may be slightest of markings from shipping, movement, and the like.
Q: What does "Refurbished" mean?
A: Refurbished items are products which have been returned to the manufacturer or retailer intact and working. They are then cleaned up and re-sold.

* Refurbished items do not include standard retail packaging. They may be re-packaged as part of their cleanup.
* They are usually tested and carry the same guarantee as new or used items.
* There may be slight markings from prior use, transit, etc. They will be cleaned up as best they can, with no major blemishes or defects. |
