How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service or UPS.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders made before 5:00pm are shipped that day normally. All orders made after 5:00pm are shipped the next day. All orders made on a weekend or holiday are shipped the next business day. However if you order a Mod(ded) controller it can take up to two or three days for processing, then three to five days for assembly, and lastly 12 to 24 hours for 100% functionality test.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No cash refunds. Please contact us for more information. There are no cash refunds because we know they work and we do not cover your accidental repair mess ups. If you feel that it is a faulty product call us or email us and if the warranty stickers are not tampered with and we can see it is a faulty product we will issue you a store credit.
